Errors by Ratnesh and Company: In the rare event of an error on our part, such as delivering a damaged or incorrect product, or if the order is misplaced by the courier, we will refund 100% of the payment back to you. We are committed to rectifying any mistakes promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.
