Durgashop.in Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By signing up to participate in the Durgashop.in Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Durgashop.in reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting, and continued participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Only residents of India are eligible to participate.
3. Registration requires providing your full legal name, a valid email address, and other required information.
4. Automated or “bot” accounts are not permitted.
5. You may not register more than one affiliate account.
6. Participation requires compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Account Responsibility

1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Any activity conducted under your account is solely your responsibility.
3. Misuse or violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

Affiliate Links and Promotion

1. Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate code and access to promotional resources, including banners and links.
2. Affiliate links must adhere to the guidelines provided and direct traffic to designated Durgashop.in product pages.
3. Accurate tracking and payment depend on proper usage of affiliate links.
4. Links or promotional content must not mislead customers or violate third-party rights.

Commissions and Payment

1. Commissions are earned on sales completed through properly tracked affiliate links.
2. Fraudulent, illegal, or questionable marketing tactics will result in disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.
3. Payment Thresholds:
   • Rs. 20: If you provide both a UPI ID and bank account details.
   • Rs. 1000: If only a bank account number is provided.
4. Payments are made weekly for accounts meeting the applicable threshold.
5. Commission earnings below the threshold will roll over until the threshold is reached.

Prohibited Activities

1. Affiliates may not purchase products using their own affiliate links.
2. Misrepresentation of the relationship with Durgashop.in is strictly prohibited.
3. Affiliates may not issue press releases or make public announcements about their participation without prior approval.
4. Affiliates must not use spam, deceptive advertising, or violate intellectual property rights in promotions.

Customer Ownership

1. Customers referred through the Program are deemed customers of Durgashop.in.
2. All policies, including pricing, refunds, and customer service, are determined by Durgashop.in and are subject to change.
3. Affiliates must not display product prices or outdated information that could mislead customers.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
2. Upon termination, all promotional materials, links, and trademarks must be removed from your site or communication channels.
3. Any unpaid commissions above the threshold will be paid after termination unless earned through prohibited activities.

Liability and Disclaimers

1. Durgashop.in is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
2. The Program is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through confidential arbitration under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
2. Durgashop.in reserves the right to seek injunctive or other legal relief for intellectual property violations in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Durgashop.in concerning the Affiliate Program.
3. Durgashop.in’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to do so in the future.
